The reason that I’m mentioning all this to you is that my recent dialogue with an investment manager gave me an idea. It seems to me that there might be a place for someone like me to create a new web site and/or blog to address the issues raised here.   There is also another relevant aspect of my own background, which is that I’m applying the principle of meditation to management. This I’m writing a book that I call “The Meditating Manager”a and it addresses issues such as motivating development teams, but in a somewhat unorthodox manner. Since I’ve been involved in s/w development for a long time and became an early convert to the Agile approach, I have a lot to say on the subject. I’m happy just to have a forum to share my ideas, which I think are somewhat out of the ordinary. On the other hand, I do have a consulting business and would welcome inquires regarding your business needs.
